We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion.

3. Orders & Procurement

All orders are subject to availability, publisher approval, and eligibility requirements (where applicable).
Pak Clinical does not modify, reproduce, translate, or license any assessments or publications unless explicitly authorized by the publisher.
Pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules are subject to confirmation at the time of order.

4. Payments

Payment terms are strictly as quoted or invoiced.
Advance payment may be required for certain products or publishers.
All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery & Delays

Delivery timelines depend on international publishers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
Pak Clinical is not responsible for delays caused by publishers, customs authorities, freight carriers, or force majeure events.
Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All product names, trademarks, assessments, manuals, and materials remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers or manufacturers. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pak Clinical shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or supplied materials, except where required by law.

8. Third-Party Relationships

Pak Clinical may coordinate with publishers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and couriers. We are not responsible for the independent actions or policies of third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

Pak Clinical reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Return and Refund Policy

Pak Clinical Partners (“Pak Clinical”, “we”, “our”) aims to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions. Due to the specialized and regulated nature of the products we supply, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.

1. General Policy

Most products supplied by Pak Clinical are imported, made-to-order, or publisher-controlled items.
As a result, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of proven defect or error:

Clinical and psychological assessments
Test kits, manuals, protocols, and scoring materials
Academic journals, subscriptions, and periodicals
Opened, used, or tampered products
Products ordered specifically against a confirmed request
Digital products or licenses (if applicable)

3. Eligible Returns

Returns may be considered only if:

The item received is incorrect (not as per confirmed order), or
The item is physically damaged at the time of delivery, or
There is a manufacturer or publisher defect

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

4. Return Approval Process

Customers must notify Pak Clinical in writing (email) with:
- Order reference number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs (where applicable)
Returns require prior written approval from Pak Clinical and, where necessary, from the publisher or manufacturer.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after confirmation from the publisher/manufacturer.
Refunds may be issued as:
- Credit note, or
- Adjustment against future orders, or
- Direct refund (where applicable and approved)
Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the error is solely attributable to Pak Clinical.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Delays caused by publishers, customs authorities, international logistics, or force majeure events do not qualify for refunds.
Pak Clinical will, however, continue to follow up and keep customers informed.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed with the publisher or once payment has been processed.
Cancellation requests before confirmation are subject to publisher approval and administrative charges (if any).
